A wealth of Italian pastries, cakes and bread greet you in the glass display as you enter. The highlight of Pasticceria Papa is the cannoli. Having had cannoli in few of the Italian restaurants, I personally think no places in Sydney makes a cannoli better than Pasticceria Papa! The irresistibly crunchy cannoli shell with fresh and sweetened creamy ricotta filling is a must-try. There are three types of cannoli at Pasticceria Papa; chocolate cannoli, ricotta cannoli and vanilla cannoli. Chocolate one was nice but I personally liked the ricotta one more.
